Seeking an organized and detailed Service Advisor
- Provide truly exceptional customer service in a fast paced work environment at a high volume dealership.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtains customer and unit information
- Clearly reports all unit symptoms as described by the customer
- Determines and recommends needed maintenance based on age, mileage and unit history
- Prepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establishes follow-up time
- Monitors the process of each unit throughout the day, updating customers frequently
- Verifies that final invoice reconciles with work preformed on the repair order
- Explains all completed work charges to customers
- Follows check- in/sales process every time
Service writing experience required *
Pay is based on labor hours sold
