Position Summary
Bright Minds Consulting LLC. is seeking a collaborative, ethical, and clinically strong Part-Time BCBA to provide high-quality in-home ABA therapy and school consultation services for neurodiverse children and their families. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical programming, supervising RBTs, collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers, and ensuring services align with BACB ethical standards and organizational quality expectations.

Service Delivery Settings
In-home ABA therapy- School consultation and collaboration
- Community-based support as needed
Core Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 3–5 clients
Bill a minimum of 15 clinical hours per week
Conduct regular assessments, treatment planning, and program modifications- Provide direct oversight for in-home ABA therapy services and school consultation support
Collaborate with school teams, educators, and related service providers to support client success across environments- Supervise each assigned client and each assigned RBT at least once per week
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and clinical guidance to RBTs and clinical staff
Meet weekly with the Director of Clinical Services and/or CEO to review clinical performance, barriers, and priorities- Conduct parent collaboration meetings with each client’s family a minimum of twice per month
Collaborate effectively with caregivers, coworkers, schools, and other therapy providers to ensure continuity of care- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with organizational standards, BACB Ethics Code requirements, and HIPAA regulations
Ensure treatment recommendations are ethical, individualized, and data-driven
Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and team collaboration efforts
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical ABA experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising staff, trainees, or RBTs
- Experience providing services in home and/or school settings
- Strong understanding of BACB supervision requirements and ethical responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate professionally with families, coworkers, educators, and interdisciplinary providers
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing parent training and caregiver collaboration- Experience conducting school observations and consultation
- Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) and data collection systems
