We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer to join our growing team and capture stunning imagery that sells homes.
Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time photographer with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and detail. In this role, you will travel to various residential and commercial properties to shoot high-quality interior and exterior photos. This is a highly flexible, part-time position (10–15 hours per week) perfect for a skilled freelancer looking to supplement their income with a steady hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to scheduled property locations punctually.
- Capture high-resolution interior and exterior photographs using wide-angle techniques.
- Manage composition, staging adjustments (e.g., turning on lights, opening blinds), and lighting on-site to ensure optimal shots.
- Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while representing Maclo Media Agency on-site with clients and homeowners.
- Upload raw/unedited assets efficiently within our required turnaround time.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in photography (real estate, architectural, or interior photography is highly preferred).
- Equipment: Must own a professional DSLR or mirrorless camera setup.
- Lenses: Must own a high-quality wide-angle lens (e.g., 16-35mm on full-frame, or equivalent) essential for interior spaces.
- Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel between shoot locations.
- Attributes: Strong eye for detail, excellent time management, and great communication skills.
Bonus Points (Preferred but not required)
- An active FAA Part 107 Drone License (Major plus!).
- Experience with HDR photography.
