Florida Rentals Group is seeking a reliable, skilled, hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help maintain and improve our portfolio of long-term and short-term rental properties in Indian Harbour Beach and Titusville, FL.

Responsibilities
- Perform general property maintenance and repairs
- Complete remodeling and renovation projects
- Perform basic plumbing repairs and installations
- Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- Conduct basic A/C maintenance
- Interior and exterior painting
- Drywall repair, patching, caulking, and touch-ups
- Install fixtures, hardware, doors, appliances, and other property improvements
- Prepare units for new tenants and vacation rental guests
- Complete preventive maintenance and property inspections
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding completed work and maintenance needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in remodeling and general property maintenance
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Experience with painting, drywall repair, and finishing work
- Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Own tools required for general maintenance work
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable, organized, and punctual
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with rental properties, vacation rentals, hotels, or property management companies
- Flexible schedule for occasional emergency or after-hours maintenance calls
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
