Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced, professional, and hospitality-driven Server to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant and is warm, organized, dependable, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality and exceptional service.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
- Guide guests through the menu and make knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations.
- Learn the food and beverage menu thoroughly, including ingredients, allergens, and dietary information.
- Accurately take orders, deliver food and beverages, and anticipate guest needs.
- Stay organized and multitask effectively during busy service periods.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team members.
- Confidently manage slower shifts independently, including food running, back serving, and bussing tables.
- Complete opening, closing, and daily side work duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service stations.
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute to the team every shift.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Experience with TOAST POS system
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
- Experience with table-side service, and proper wine presentation and opening.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining exceptional service.
- Professional appearance and a positive, hospitality-focused attitude.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and accountable.
- Passion for food, beverages, and outstanding hospitality.
