We are a Residential Real Estate firm seeking an experienced full-time Closing Paralegal for our SOUTH FULTON location. Our firm has a family environment that is dedicated to customer service. We demand the best from our staff for our clients. If you have never heard of the position of a Pre-Closer, this job is not for you. We are looking for Pre-Closers with at least 5 years of experience.
Job Duties:
Preparation of HUD-1 statements/Closing Disclosures
Answer Phones and Scheduling
Title Clearance-including but not limited to obtaining Payoffs, HOA, Water, Taxes and Sanitation)
Must have extensive experience reviewing and interpreting title examinations
Must be able to resolve title examination issues
Coordinating with Title Insurance Companies for resolution of title examination issues
Coordinating and scheduling remote closings
Lender and Agent contact for all matters prior to the real estate closing.
General Settlement related administrative work to get the file to the closing department
Coordinate with closing department for final file disbursements
MUST HAVE EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND BE ABLE TO WORK WITH CONSTANT INTERUPTION!!
MUST HAVE STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!
