Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and special education, with a focus on working with children and individuals on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing effective behavioral interventions to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create effective treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques and monitor progress toward goals.
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
Experience
- A minimum of two years of experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disorders.
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Strong understanding of special education practices and regulations.
- Experience conducting patient assessments and providing patient care in a clinical setting.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes for behavioral issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
