Payroll and Onboarding Specialist
The Payroll and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the processing and execution of payroll, along with data entry and maintaining compliance of new hire materials.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Maintain, approve, process, and execute accurate semi-monthly payrolls for exempt and hourly staff utilizing ADP Workforce Now platform.
· Maintain accurate compensation and deductions for all employees in ADP Workforce Now.
· Prepare and forward log of employee semi-monthly FSA payroll deductions to administrator
· Assist with the processing of discretionary end of year bonuses.
· Oversee and audit all pre-tax and post-tax payroll deductions, including, but not limited to medical, dental, HSA, FSA, 401K, and 401K loans are correct in ADP.
· In partnership with the HR Coordinator, reconcile and approve all hourly timecards.
· Act as an internal point person to quickly resolve payroll, timecards, and/or deduction inquiries for firm employees.
· Ensure new hire onboarding documentation has been saved and processed internally and in ADP and proactively follow up with employees as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Associate degree with relative experience, or bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration.
· 3+ years of experience.
· Experience with ADP HRIS system.
· Knowledge of local and state tax structures, garnishments, and FLSA status criteria.
· Knowledge of cafeteria plans.
· Excellent communication, research, and analytic skills.

Pay: $27.46 - $33.07 per hour
