Lighting Project Coordinator

What You'll Do
- Perform electrical and lighting drawing takeoffs using Bluebeam
- Build and manage lighting submittal packages from start to finish
- Review and track submittal approvals
- Order lighting fixtures based on approved submittals
- Monitor order status with manufacturers and keep clients informed throughout
- Coordinate communication for urgent deliveries and time-sensitive matters
- Maintain ongoing communication with manufacturers, manufacturer reps, and contractors on active jobs
- Create owner manuals upon project completion
What You Bring
- Experience in lighting project coordination or a related construction/trade field
- Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar takeoff software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication with vendors, reps, and clients
- Ability to manage multiple active projects and keep things moving
