In this role, you will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy services to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. You’ll guide clients toward greater independence, stability, and recovery while building meaningful therapeutic relationships in a collaborative outpatient setting.
As a Clinical Therapist, you will conduct assessments, establish diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and actively participate in interdisciplinary care. This position offers the opportunity to grow professionally while making a direct impact on the health and wellbeing of your community.

Conduct intake screenings and comprehensive clinical assessments in a timely manner
-
Develop accurate diagnoses and individualized treatment plans aligned with regulatory and CARF guidelines
-
Provide therapeutic services using evidence-based practices to support recovery and functional improvement
-
Maintain an ongoing caseload while ensuring continuity of care for all clients

Participate in clinical staffing and interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings
-
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate care
-
Work closely with insurance teams to ensure service authorization and compliance
-
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required

Active Illinois licensure required: LPC, LSW, LCPC, or LCSW

Must be comfortable providing telehealth services

Strong empathy, communication, and relationship-building skills

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

Solid clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions

Ability to manage time effectively and maintain organized documentation

Cultural competence and sensitivity when working with diverse populations

Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality

Familiarity with electronic health records systems

Strong advocacy skills for client needs and resources

Willingness to engage in supervision, feedback, and continuous professional growth
