Job Summary
Are you a new graduate Occupational Therapist looking for a supportive team where you can learn, grow, and build confidence as a clinician? Or are you an experienced OT looking for a team-focused environment where you can continue to grow professionally?
At NK Speech Therapy and Behavior Support, we believe your first job should be more than just a place to work—it should be a place where you feel supported as you develop your clinical skills.
We offer competitive pay, supervision and administrative support, licensure reimbursement, continuing education opportunities, and professional development. We also believe that work should be enjoyable! Our team participates in birthday celebrations, monthly team meetings, twice-yearly team parties, and regular 1:1 meetings with supervisors.
New Graduate Support
Starting your career as an OT can feel overwhelming, and we understand that you don't graduate knowing everything. Our goal is to help you transition from student to confident clinician.
New graduates will have the opportunity to participate in a paid shadowing week with members of our current team. During this week, you can observe experienced clinicians, ask questions, learn our systems and documentation processes, and get a better understanding of what day-to-day practice looks like—all while being paid.
We want you to have the opportunity to learn before being expected to do it all on your own.
You'll also have access to experienced team members, ongoing support, professional development, and opportunities to ask questions as you grow.
