Associate Dentist Opportunity – Full-Time or Part-Time
Part-Time Schedule: Mondays , Fridays are preferred, and possible Saturdays (2 Saturdays per month)
Full-Time Schedule : 4 week days and every other Saturday
Week days 9 - 5 pm
Saturdays 9 - 2 pm
We are a busy, modern private dental office seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentistto join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for a supportive environment, advanced technology, and real long-term growth potential.
Our office is fully equipped with advanced technology, including CBCT, iTero, Trios, intraoral cameras, electric handpieces, laser, implant systems, full-time hygienist support, and new operatories. We see 60+ new patients per month, providing a strong patient flow and excellent opportunity to build quickly.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including exams, restorations, crown and bridge, extractions, and preventive care
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans that prioritize patient needs and long-term oral health
- Build lasting patient relationships through compassionate, ethical care
- Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-first approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continued learning and professional growth

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
