Requirements:
- Active Arizona real estate license
- 3-5 years of property management experience, with a focus on single-family properties
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and property management software (PropertyWare experience a plus)
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations
- Results-oriented with an optimistic approach
