Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with computer systems that utilize billing programs, such as Moore Stevens (Training will be offered) The Billing Specialist will work closely with locations, employees and the management team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with manager/foreman to accurately check that the time sheet is correct and correct any errors
- Input data into Moore Stevens weekly. Will be trained on the systems
- Work with vendors to input their billing, working closely with their accounting department to information is accurate
- Collecting timesheets from the manager/ foreman to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time
- Weekly payroll reporting and processing
- Working to assist employees on any discrepancies they may have on their paychecks
- Other tasks as needed
Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office, including Excel
- Proficient in billing software
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Good communication skills
