Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest with a friendly smile and deliver exceptional customer service
- Take and prepare ice cream orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Serve fresh, high-quality ice cream while ensuring presentation standards
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions responsibly
- Engage with guests to create a fun and memorable experience
- Collaborate with team members to keep operations smooth during busy shifts
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent customer service
- Availability for weekends and evening shifts is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling needs
