Position Summary
Line Cooks at Sea Island are cross-trained to perform at different
positions in the restaurant to include (but not limited to):
Broiler -
Broils items to order using gas grill or broiler according to Sea Island specs.
Fryer -
Deep fry’s items to order according to Sea Island specs.
Requirements

Properly sanitize and
set up station according to restaurant’s guidelines. -
Execute food
production according to stated spec and timing. -
Stock and restock
station as needed throughout the shift. -
Maintain a clean,
clutter free and organized station at all times. -
Maintain clean and
organized food and other kitchen storage areas. -
Embrace teamwork
within the Company, creating a positive work environment. -
Break down and clean
station at the end of the shift, follow daily cleaning list. -
Complete a positional
training program with validation measures throughout. -
Adhere to all food
safety and sanitation standards. -
Perform other job-related
activities as required or assigned by manager.

Reading Skills
Standing and walking during entire shift
Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work accurately and under pressure
Team player with other employees
