Little Lights North Childcare is seeking a dependable, caring Floater/Bus Driver to join our team. This dual‑role position supports classroom teachers throughout the day and safely transports children to and from school and local activities. What You’ll Do
- Safely operate the center’s bus for morning/afternoon routes and occasional field trips
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
- Support multiple classrooms (Infants–School Age) as needed
- Assist teachers with daily routines, transitions, and supervision
- Maintain a calm, positive presence and step in wherever help is needed
- Follow all safety, licensing, and transportation guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable, flexible team player
- Experience working with children (preferred)
- Clean driving record; CDL not required
- Strong communication skills and a heart for serving families
- Able to work 20 -25 hours per week
Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
