Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Home Management Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and an enthusiasm for enhancing the home experience. As a Home Management Specialist, you will be responsible for a comprehensive range of services that ensure our clients’ homes are not only clean but also well-maintained and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deep cleaning services, including rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Implement full home scent solutions to enhance ambiance and comfort.
- Offer comprehensive laundry services, including washing, folding, and organizing clothes.
- Assist with organization services to declutter and maximize space in the home.
- Help clients maintain a home maintenance schedule that includes regular upkeep and seasonal tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain open communication with clients regarding their home needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and operate cleaning equipment safely.

Compensation:
- $17-19 hour
- Potential bonuses.
