Job Summary
We are hiring 5–10 skilled Stick Welders to join a high-demand structural project in the Phoenix metro area. This role is ideal for certified welders experienced with SMAW processes who can deliver clean, efficient welds in a production-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all-position stick welding (SMAW) on structural steel components
- Assist with erection of structural steel in a field setting
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and structural drawings
- Execute welds to code-quality standards
- Support rigging, hoisting, and placement of steel members
- Follow all site safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- Valid SMAW (Stick) welding certification
- Proven experience working in construction or structural steel environments
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong understanding of welding safety and procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
