Qualifications & Experience:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely speech and language assessments and interpret results to inform intervention plans
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
- Deliver therapy to a diverse student population, adjusting approaches for elementary through high school groups as caseloads allow
- Document progress, maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards, and provide regular updates to families and colleagues
- Participate in IEP meetings and staff discussions to ensure holistic support for each student
