PrimeCare Benefits Group is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Dental Hygiene Assistant to join our team at our Durango location. Our dental offices are located within the Culinary Health Center, where we are committed to delivering exceptional, 5-star patient experiences every day.

Assist the dental hygienist during patient treatment and preventive procedures.

Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are fully stocked and sanitized.

Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.

Take digital radiographs in accordance with Nevada regulations.

Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout the visit.

Enter clinical notes and assist with chart documentation as directed.

Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions.

Maintain supplies and equipment in accordance with office protocols.

Provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming environment for every patient.

Support the dental team with additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Experience assisting a dental hygienist preferred.

Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control, and radiography.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
