CarePlus is seeking a part-time, on-site Client Account Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll manage client billing and accounts receivable while serving as a key point of contact for clients and their families. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and brings empathy and professionalism to every interaction.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
- Manage client accounts and billing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and responsible parties on billing questions and account updates.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure billing aligns with services delivered.
- Listen to concerns, resolve issues, and build positive, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct follow-up on outstanding and delinquent accounts, including documentation of communications and payment arrangements.
- Prepare A/R and collections reports for leadership.

- An Associate degree or higher; Business, Accounting, or related field of study preferred.
- 2+ years of work experience in client services, including accounts receivable, collections, and/or billing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions.
- Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Proficiency in MS 365 and/or Google Workspace and an aptitude for quickly learning new software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
