We're hiring a junior-level account manager to learn tax incentives consulting and grow into a full advisory role.
You'll work alongside experienced advisors on real client engagements right away. That means researching tax credit opportunities, supporting client communication, and learning the craft by doing it. As you develop, you'll take on more responsibility and eventually manage your own client relationships.

We help companies claim tax credits they've earned but often don't know exist. Our clients range from manufacturers to tech companies to quick service restaurants. It's work that actually shows up on our clients' bottom line.
What we're looking for
Recent college graduate or 1-2 years professional experience. Strong academic performance or track record of reliability in previous roles.
You don't need tax or accounting experience - we'll teach you that. But you should be someone who:
- Writes clearly and professionally (you'll be communicating with CFOs and business owners)
- Learns complex material quickly
- Stays organized across multiple projects
- Takes ownership of your work
- Asks smart questions when you don't know something
This role requires independent thinking and client communication from day one (with support). If you need a lot of structure and direction, this probably isn't the right fit.
What the role looks like
You'll support client engagements from the start: research, analysis, coordination, and client communication (with guidance). Over time, you'll take on more responsibility. The path from here leads to a full Tax Incentives Advisor role with your own client portfolio and commission-based compensation.
We're remote-only and don't do 80-hour weeks. But we do expect you to show up ready to work hard, learn fast, and take responsibility.
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
