What YOU will be Responsible for: Welcome members to the Credit Union, and deliver excellent service by identifying member needs and financial solutions. Process consumer loan applications, make loan decisions, process transactions, and account changes according to member requests and Credit Union policies and procedures.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Deliver products and services to meet members’ financial needs.
- Provide members with the most recent accurate information about the CU features and benefits
- Process consumer loan applications
- Process Teller transactions
What YOU need to have:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven financial sales record.
- "Can do" attitude!
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
