Position Overview
The Senior HR Generalist will support approximately 50 employees and partner closely with leadership to drive employee engagement, payroll administration, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development initiatives. This position plays a key role in supporting both local employees and international team members while helping build a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes and coordinate with third-party payroll providers
- Administer employee benefits and vendor relationships
- Support employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
- Lead onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
- Assist international employees and expatriates with relocation and integration needs
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare management reports
- Support compensation and salary benchmarking initiatives
- Partner with managers on workforce planning and organizational development
- Participate in culture, engagement, and change management initiatives
- Assist with budgeting and HR project implementation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Experience supporting a manufacturing environment preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with HRIS systems and SAP preferred
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
