What Is On-Call Care?
Our on-call team provides childcare for families who need occasional, backup, date-night, weekend, and short-term care. You provide your availability, and families book you based on their childcare needs.
On-call care can also be a great pathway to a higher-paying placement! Caregivers who demonstrate reliability, strong childcare skills, and professionalism may be considered for consistent nanny placements paying $17–$22+/hour.
What We're Looking For
- Previous professional childcare experience
- A genuine love for working with children
- Dependable, responsible, and punctual
- Ability to provide safe, engaging, and age-appropriate care
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check
- Professional childcare references
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
