Job overview
We are seeking a Licensed Agent or Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a reliable communicator with a strong background in insurance, dedicated to supporting our clients. If you have experience assisting policyholders, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day client interactions, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications with clarity
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and billing inquiries
- Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Process payments and explain billing statements, premiums, and due dates
- Maintain and update client records in the agency’s CRM
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and satisfaction
- Support agency operations by preparing documentation and following up on service requests
- Stay informed about insurance products, agency procedures, and compliance requirements
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance or customer service
- Proficiency in Spanish & English language
- 4-40 license (preferred)
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 10AM - 7PM
- Availability to work Saturdays (with a compensatory weekday off)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
