We are seeking a resourceful and highly motivated Trade Marketing Senior Manager to help bridge Sales, Marketing, Branding and Operations by driving retail readiness and executional excellence across all trade-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role will support the sales team by aligning marketing strategies with retailer execution needs, managing promotional planning, and contributing to the success of new product launches.

GotoMarket (GTM) Planning & Execution

Collaborate with Marketing on annual GTM planning and execution timelines.

Customize marketing strategies to meet the expectations of key customers and channels.

Ensure readiness for key account meetings by aligning deliverables across departments.

Track GTM milestones and flag gaps or risks to execution.

Channel Strategy

Support development of channelspecific portfolio strategies.

Identify commercial gaps and coordinate with Marketing and Branding to fill them.

Price Pack Architecture

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Category Management, and Sales Strategy to develop and implement a comprehensive Channel Strategy.

Focus on aligning the appropriate brands, formats, and pack configurations to the right channels and customer segments.

Work with Marketing to commercialize and address any identified portfolio gaps.

Trade Spend Management
-
Assist Sales Operations with forecast planning and promotion optimization.

Build and manage promotional calendars in line with GTM plans.

Support the implementation and ongoing use of TPM (Trade Promotion Management) tools.

Help evaluate trade program performance and ROI to improve effectiveness.

Innovation Launch Support

Coordinate launch materials and readiness efforts across Sales, Marketing and Branding.

Ensure timelines, specs, display assets, and customerspecific needs are addressed.

Track KPIs for innovation launches and assists with postlaunch performance reviews.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Branding and Operations to ensure alignment.

Participate in project teams focused on improving execution and communication.

May supervise or mentor 12 junior team members as function grows.

Ad Hoc Support

Contribute to special projects or initiatives aimed at improving commercial strategy and team efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus

58 years of experience in CPG, with 3+ years in Trade Marketing, Sales Strategy, or related functions

Proven ability to manage and optimize trade spend programs

Experience with TPM systems (implementation or daily usage)

Familiarity with launching new products at retail and aligning crossfunctional timelines

Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools
