The Role
As a Residential HVAC Service & Sales Technician, you will:
- Diagnose residential HVAC systems accurately
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and replacement evaluations
- Identify comfort, efficiency, and reliability opportunities
- Present clear options during service and maintenance calls (repair vs. replace, good/better/best)
- Educate homeowners so they can make confident decisions
- Document findings, recommendations, and completed work
- Represent Climate Pro professionally in every home

Basic Requirements
- MUST HAVE Residential HVAC experience
- MUST HAVE Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- MUST HAVE the Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in Arizona heat
- MUST HAVE Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable using tablets, apps, and basic software
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Pre-employment background check & drug screening (THC excluded)
