What You’ll Do:
- Greet members + create a strong first impression
- Check-ins, bookings, and daily front desk flow
- Sell memberships + packages (this matters)
- Handle calls/texts/DMs and convert leads into members
- Keep the space sharp, clean, and on-brand
Who You Are:
- You train consistently and take care of your body
- You look the part — fit, healthy, presentable
- Confident, social, and know how to talk to people
- Reliable, on time, and moves with urgency
- Comfortable with sales (or willing to learn fast)
Big Plus:
- Gym, boxing, or fitness background
- Sales or customer service experience
- Social media savvy
Compensation:
- Base pay + commission on sales
- Growth opportunity inside a fast-growing gym
Work Hours:
- The gym is open 24/7, but this position will cover shifts between 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM
- Weekend availability required from 8 AM- 5 PM
- Flexible scheduling available within those hours
