Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead daily store operations, foster a positive customer experience, and support the management team in achieving sales and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling. This includes but is not limited to: ordering inventory, stocking redemption area and various machines, and maintaining cleanliness of the business.
- Oversee staff, with tasks such as training new staff, creating schedules, and assisting with interviewing and hiring
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in assistant management or supervisory roles.
- Experience in inventory management, POS systems, and ordering.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on team management.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with time management capabilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Effective communication skills.
PAY IS NEGOTIABLE
Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per year
