The compensation for this position will be commensurate with the experience, credentials, and book of business of the candidate.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 years of relevant experience in independently and strategically moving litigation matters from initial engagement through trial.
- Book of Business preferred and will result in additional compensation.
- Professionalism and prioritization of client customer service and representation.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Florida Bar admission in good standing.
- Significant experience in construction disputes - Board certification is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $145,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
