Late Night Host / Nightlife Host
Position Summary
We're looking for an outgoing, energetic, and engaging Late Night Host to be the face of our nightlife experience. As one of the first people guests interact with, you'll create an exciting first impression, welcome guests with confidence, and help set the tone for an unforgettable night. If you thrive in high-energy environments, love connecting with people, and know how to make everyone feel like they're in the right place, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.
- Engage with guests as they arrive and throughout the evening to enhance their experience.
- Share information about featured drinks, specials, events, and venue offerings.
- Help build excitement and encourage guests to enjoy everything the venue has to offer.
- Create a fun, upbeat vibe that reflects our brand and nightlife experience.
- Be approachable, personable, and attentive to guest needs.
- Work alongside the team to ensure every guest feels welcomed and included.
- Maintain a polished, professional, and confident presence during high-volume service.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, charismatic, and naturally engaging personality.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Comfortable starting conversations and interacting with diverse groups of guests.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy nightlife environments.
- Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic.
- Previous hospitality, nightlife, promotional, or customer service experience is a plus but not required. People with a strong social media presence are encouraged to apply.
Schedule
- Friday and Saturday late-night shifts during peak business hours.
- Weekend availability required.
