Duties

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to ensure smooth food production processes
- Maintain cleanliness by adhering to food safety standards, including proper cleaning of utensils, surfaces, and kitchen appliances
- Serve meals in accordance with serving protocols while ensuring presentation quality
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and delivery schedules
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and managing food safety protocols at all times
Experience
- Previous experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide in healthcare or restaurant settings
- Proven background in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques
- Familiarity with operating commercial kitchen equipment and maintaining safety standards in production environments
- Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and adhering to food safety management systems
- Knowledge of culinary practices including recipe adherence, meal assembly, and catering operations
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff and service teams
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality food standards
