Position Overview
We are seeking licensed Professional Engineers (P.E.s) to perform on-site structural inspections and prepare professional engineering reports based on field observations.
This role is best suited for engineers who prefer independent field work, flexible scheduling, and practical application of structural engineering principles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field inspections of residential and commercial structures
- Evaluate foundations, framing systems, load-bearing elements, and overall structural condition
- Identify structural concerns and document findings clearly and objectively
- Prepare concise engineering reports based on site observations
- Communicate findings to clients including homeowners, realtors, and developers
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (required)
- Background in structural or civil engineering strongly preferred
- Ability to write clear, defensible technical reports
- Reliable transportation for travel within the Tulsa metro area
- Strong independent judgment in field conditions
