Are you energetic, friendly, and love fashion? We’re looking for someone outgoing and motivated to join our fast-paced consignment store!
This position starts as very part-time and on-call (availability to cover call outs) with the opportunity to grow into a consistent part-time or full-time schedule over time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous clothing or fashion retail experience required
- Friendly, outgoing personality — chatting and connecting with customers is a big part of the job
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in trendy fashion, resale, and secondhand shopping
- Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Availability between 10 AM – 6 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Work with a wide variety of trendy brands and styles
- Assist consignors and customers with buying and consigning
- Help educate customers on how consignment works
- Keep up with the flow of new inventory arriving daily
- Provide a welcoming, engaging shopping experience for every customer

We are a thriving local consignment store with over 5,000 consignors and a constant flow of fresh, high-quality resale items. Our environment is fast-paced, fashion-focused, and perfect for someone who enjoys staying on top of fashion trends and working with people. Occasional shifts at our Richmond location may be required.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Very Part-Time / On-Call (with growth potential)
- Expected Hours: 8–16 hours or less to start
- Pay: Training starts is minimum wage, with pay increases as you start after training
