Atlas Soccer Academy is hiring Team Head Coaches for the upcoming soccer season.
We are looking for reliable, professional, and passionate coaches who can lead youth teams, develop players, communicate well with families, and represent the club in a positive way.
The Team Head Coach will be responsible for managing an assigned team, planning and leading training sessions, coaching games, supporting player development, and helping create a positive team culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan and lead two team training sessions per week
- Create a positive, challenging, and enjoyable learning environment
- Provide coaching, feedback, and encouragement to players
- Support player evaluations and individual player development
- Manage team rosters, attendance, and player availability
- Communicate schedules, updates, and team information to parents
- Conduct preseason parent meetings when needed
- Attend coaching meetings and staff development opportunities
- Represent Atlas Soccer Academy professionally at all times
Ideal candidates should have:
- Previous youth soccer coaching experience
- Competitive soccer coaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Ability to work well with players, parents, and club leadership
- A passion for youth player development
- Coaching license preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
Schedule:
- Two weekday evening training sessions per week
- Weekend games during the season
- Occasional tournaments, meetings, tryouts, camps, or club events
Compensation:
This is a monthly stipend position based on per team assignment format.
Compensation includes training sessions, game coaching, session planning, parent communication, player evaluations, coaching meetings, and club-related team responsibilities.
