We are a leading manufacturer & wholesale supplier of cargo restraint / tie-down products to the heavy truck and trailer market segments. Specifically, we target truck and trailer dealers, truck parts houses, industrial supply as well as heavy duty, medium duty and utility trailer manufacturers. We are in search of a qualified, professional and experienced salesperson to maintain and grow a geographic territory through the promotion and sale of our products. The position is salary plus commission with a growth bonus structure. A minimum of 5 years of industrial business to business sales experience is preferred. A clean driving record is required and bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus. This regional position covers the states of Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Michigan.
Essential Job Functions:
- Promote and sell products through effective, honest and ethical sales techniques within the given territory
- Prospecting & cold calling

- Travel within the given sales territory to meet prospects and customers via face-to-face meetings

- Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions as well as share information with management and peers
- Use technology to maintain records of all sales leads, prospects, quotes, customer accounts and interactions, check pricing and stock availability as well as to research prospects, customers, products and markets
- Understand and support company policies and procedures to provide proper and effective communication to customers, management and other peers/employees.
- Clarify and fulfill customers' requests/needs through the proper and professional presentation of the company's products and services.
