Job Summary
The Office Manager oversees all financial, accounting, and administrative operations of the dealership. This position is responsible for managing the accounting staff, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with corporate and legal regulations, and providing the General Manager/Dealer Principal with accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities 이 Financial & Accounting Management: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements according to manufacturer and dealership guidelines. 이 Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations. Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and floor plan financing lines. 이 Review and approve deals, ensuring accurate calculation of sales commissions and taxes. Administrative & Title Operations: 이 이 Supervise the processing of vehicle titles, registrations, and license plates (ensuring compliance with state DMV regulations). Maintain accurate inventory controls for both new and used vehicles. Manage dealership insurance policies, worker's compensation, and HR documentation. Team Leadership: Train, manage, and mentor office staff (billing clerks, title clerks, cashiers, and receptionists). Assign daily tasks and conduct performance reviews for the administrative team. Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., IRS form 8300, Red Flags Rule, Safeguards Rule). Coordinate with external auditors and tax accountants during year-end reviews.Experience: 3-5 years of accounting experience in an automotive dealership setting (highly preferred or required by most dealers). System Knowledge: High proficiency with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) such as Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK Global, or Dealertrack, alongside standard accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is a strong plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
