We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Clerical Specialist to join our team. We are currently expanding and hiring one dedicated individual for our Terrell office and one for our Emory office.
Position Overview
The Clerical Specialist plays a vital role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for managing the front desk, maintaining crucial compliance documentation, and handling sensitive healthcare records. If you are a computer-savvy professional with experience in office administration and human resources documentation, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Communication: Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally; greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.
- HR File Management: Maintain, audit, and organize confidential employee and Human Resources files ensuring strict compliance.
- Data & Document Processing: Handle, organize, and process healthcare-related information, medical documentation, and paper packets.
- Administrative Support: Assist management with data entry, scanning, filing, and ensuring operational paperwork is completed accurately.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in an office environment answering multi-line phones and managing HR/personnel files.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience processing healthcare-related information, medical terminology, or home health paper packets is highly preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills are a must. Proficiency with email, digital file management, and general office software, with the ability to quickly adapt to specialized healthcare systems.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
