In hospitality settings, they handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, distribute room keys, and address customer inquiries or complaints. They also ensure the reception area is clean, organized.
Communication Skills-both verbal and written—are essential for interacting with visitors, colleagues, and management.
Problem-solving skills are important for handling complaints or unexpected situations effectively. Answer phones, wash and dry laundry
