Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position is responsible for talent acquisition, managing HR processes, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions. The HR Coordinator works closely with employees and management to foster a positive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
RecruitmentOnboarding

Coordinate job postings, review applications, and schedule interviews.

Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing oer letters, conducting background checks, and orienting new employees.

Ensure new hire documentation is complete and accurate.
Employee Records Management

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal

requirements.
Benets Administration

Assist with employee benets enrollment, changes, and communication.

HR ComplianceReporting

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
Employee Relations

Provide rst-line support for employee inquiries, escalating issues to HR leadership as needed.

Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
General HR Support

Support training and development programs by coordinating logistics and materials.

Handle additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned by HR leadership.
Qualications:
EducationExperience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related eld (or equivalent experience).

Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
SkillsCompetencies

Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prociency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Oce Suite.
Preferred Qualications:
