Prime Pest Solutions is seeking an experienced, motivated Branch Manager to lead our Griffin/Southside Metro Atlanta location. Our office has proudly served the community since 1976, earning a reputation for integrity, exceptional customer service, and dependable pest management solutions.

About the Role
The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, team leadership, sales growth, technician development, regulatory compliance, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong roots in the South Metro Atlanta area and a passion for growing both people and the business.
With rapidly expanding communities such as Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Locust Grove, Newnan, and Zebulon, the opportunity for growth is significant. We are looking for someone who sees that opportunity and is ready to capitalize on it.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the Griffin branch.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate technicians and office staff.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow residential and commercial accounts.
- Build relationships with homeowners, businesses, builders, property managers, and community leaders.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain compliance with all Georgia Department of Agriculture regulations and company standards.
- Monitor branch performance, budgets, productivity, and profitability.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Prime Pest Solutions' presence throughout South Metro Atlanta.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the pest control industry.
- Strong knowledge of Georgia Department of Agriculture rules, regulations, licensing, and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or branch growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Established ties to the Griffin or Southside Metro Atlanta community are strongly preferred.
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and long-term success.

Compensation
This position offers a competitive base salary with performance-based incentives. Compensation is directly tied to the successful growth and profitability of the branch, creating substantial earning potential for the right leader.
