Position: District Administrative Assistant / Registrar
Duties: Provide secretarial services for the Director of Student Services, Pupil Services Department, and occasionally other staff.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2-year Associate Degree in Business or Secretarial training;
2. Friendly, organized, and enthusiastic about working with students & staff
in a diverse setting;
3. Ability to perform general office management and reception duties by
answering the phone, directing staff and students, answering general
questions, and providing daily communication;
4. Ability to learn to become proficient in our student information systems, along with completing required state reporting uploads;
5. Proficient in or willing to learn proficiency in use of Google applications,
such as Gmail, Google Docs/Forms/Spreadsheets;
6. Proficient in English, spelling, punctuation, and basic math skills;
7. Ability to work independently on difficult clerical tasks, completing with
accuracy and efficiency;
8. Ability to prepare and maintain accurate and complete records and files;
9. Maintain confidentiality; and
10. Be an ambassador for the school district.
Wage/Benefits: Regular Full-Time Employee / $20.53 per hour / 40 hours per week
