Ready to dip your toes into a speciality private practice, with support for growth and training?
New Bridges Counseling in Wadsworth, Ohio is seeking to contract with an independently licensed Clinical Psychologist, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Social Worker (LISW, LPCC, IMFT, PhD, or equivalent). We currently have space for 2-3 clinicians with options for growth.
New Bridges is becoming established as the area's speciality practice for the treatment of anxiety disorders, OCD, and related concerns for women. We are ready to expand to meet demand for specialized treatment for other populations. Clinicians who enjoy treating children, adolescents, families, couples, or all ages, are encouraged to apply! Faith-sensitive, clinical counseling is also supported.
What New Bridges Provides:
For the best fit clinician, we are happy to help with training for OCD (ERP).
New Bridges Counseling is a private pay, out of network clinic, with no insurance headaches so you can focus on personalized client care.
We expect to provide a competitive, transparent pay rate. The split will be 35/65 or 30/70 depending on experience and/or number of hours worked per week.
We are open to a slow caseload build, with a minimum of 5 hours per week and the option to build to your preferred case-load, part or full-time. For example If you choose to charge $150 a session, your split would be $97.50 at 35/65 or $105 at a 30/70 split.
We will provide a furnished office space and the tools you need to do your job! (EHR, phone line, furnished office space, Telehealth options, billing, supportive google marketing, referrals, etc...)
Expectations for a contracted clinician at New Bridges Counseling:
Excitement to participate, through your own marketing efforts with ours, in building and keeping a steady case-load.
Independently maintain evidence based standards of care, documentation, and required education to maintain your independent license(s) ethically and lawfully, along with keeping personal professional liability insurance.
Enjoy treating your preferred population of clients within your chosen schedule, under the umbrella of a speciality clinic for OCD/Anxiety disorders.
Pay: $94.00 - $140.00 per hour
