The Café Manager for Caffeina Coffee Roasting Company, serves as both the operational leader of the café and the steward of the brand..
This role requires someone who understands that hospitality is more than service — it is the consistent care of a space, a team, and the guests who gather there.
The manager leads daily operations, supports and develops staff, and ensures that every guest experience reflects the quality, warmth, and professionalism that define Caffeina.
At the same time, this role carries a sense of stewardship. The café is the living room of the club — a place where members begin their mornings, meet throughout the day, and return because the environment is welcoming, reliable, and well cared for.
The Café Manager ensures the space operates smoothly, the team performs with confidence, and the culture remains positive, accountable, and guest-centered.
Performance Standards:
Managers are expected to consistently maintain:
- Labor 25%- 29%

Role Requirements
- 30 hours floor shifts per week + 10 administrative hours

Publish and maintain a mandatory 4-week schedule

Ownership of 2026 monthly and annual sales goals

Attendance at monthly leadership meetings 1-4 per month.
Key Responsibilities
Managers are responsible for full café leadership and operational execution, including:
- Overseeing daily café operations

Leading, training, scheduling, and supervising staff

Assisting with hiring, onboarding, performance management, and terminations

Providing ongoing employee coaching and performance support

Ensuring exceptional guest service and resolving issues promptly

Maintaining food, beverage, and presentation quality standards

Managing inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
-
Monitoring sales, labor, COGS, waste, and operating expenses

Handling cash management, POS systems, and reporting

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Building and maintaining a positive, accountable team culture

Implementing company policies, promotions, and operational improvements
Additional management duties include:
- Picking up orders and supplies

Covering shifts when necessary
