At Training Wheels ABA, we’re growing and excited to expand our services to include speech therapy alongside the incredible ABA work already happening across our clinics and in-home programs.
We’re looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is not only clinically strong, but genuinely loves working with kids and collaborating with a team that cares deeply about outcomes, families, and each other.
What We’re Looking For

Active SLP license in Texas

Experience working with children

Interest in working alongside ABA teams and learning from a multidisciplinary approach

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Someone who is flexible, proactive, and enjoys both clinic and in-home environments
What You’ll Be Doing

Provide speech and language therapy services to children in both clinic and in-home settings

Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and track progress

Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to create consistent, meaningful support for each child

Participate in a team environment that values communication, creativity, and problem-solving

Support caregiver training when appropriate to help generalize skills outside of sessions
