Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in supervising daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet high standards of quality and presentation.
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring team cohesion and productivity.
- Oversee inventory control and food management processes, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas.
- Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to execute large-scale events seamlessly while maintaining consistency in menu execution.
- Support menu planning efforts by contributing culinary ideas that align with the restaurant’s concept and customer preferences.
- Manage shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and optimize workflow to maximize efficiency during busy service periods.

- Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and presentation.
