Job Overview
We are seeking Automotive Technicians – at ALL LEVELS – to join our team in Delray Beach, FL. Based at our dealership, this role is vital in maintaining the high standards of service and vehicle quality that our customers expect. Your expertise will help us uphold our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic testing and repairs on VW and Volvo vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostics tools.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Repair and replace mechanical components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ensure all work complies with dealership standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Assist in training junior technicians and supporting the service team.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly.
Qualifications
- Volvo or VW Certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Volvo, VW or similar brand.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and schematics.
- Excellent mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- ASE certification is a plus.
Pay: Up to $140,000.00 per year
