Elieff Brothers Roofing is looking for a driven roofing sales representative who wants a real opportunity with a trusted local company.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-leads position.
This role starts with self-generated leads. You will be expected to canvass neighborhoods, knock doors, talk with homeowners, create qualified roofing opportunities, set your own appointments, run those appointments, and close your own sales.
As you prove yourself through activity, follow-up, results, attitude, and fit, you can earn the opportunity to receive company-provided leads.
This is not a fly-by-night canvassing job. This is how our current successful sales team started.
What You Will Do
- Canvass neighborhoods consistently
- Knock doors and speak with homeowners face-to-face
- Generate qualified roofing leads for yourself
- Set and run your own appointments
- Present roofing solutions professionally
- Follow up with homeowners
- Close sales
- Ask for referrals
- Work around active job sites
- Represent Elieff Brothers Roofing with professionalism and pride

Requirements
- Must be willing to canvass and knock doors consistently
- Must be able to generate qualified roofing leads for yourself
- Must be comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Must be comfortable running your own appointments
- Must be willing to follow up and stay organized
- Must be dependable, professional, and accountable
- Must be able to work in person in the Lansing, MI area
- Prior roofing, home improvement, canvassing, outside sales, or in-home sales experience is preferred
